Certificates are issued once for one device. There is no revocation protection or replacement if Apple revokes a certificate.
The service & acceptance
Sultan Plus provides services involving Apple device registration by UDID, delivery of signing certificates, and app management, signing and installation. By using the service or confirming an order, you agree to this agreement and the related policies, without affecting your mandatory legal rights. Sultan Plus is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Telegram.
Your responsibilities
You must own the device or have permission to register it. Check its UDID, model and applicable plan before confirming an order. Use the service lawfully and only for apps and files you have the right to use. Do not bypass account, payment or security controls.
You are responsible for the apps you choose and install, and for saving and backing up their data. An app’s presence in a library or external source does not mean we own it or guarantee its safety, compatibility or distribution rights.
Certificate term & no replacement
A certificate is issued once with a one-year validity period from issuance, unless Apple revokes it or it becomes invalid earlier. A one-year validity period does not guarantee it will work throughout that year. We do not provide revocation protection or a free or paid replacement under the same order after revocation.
Your plan and certificate are tied to one device’s UDID and cannot be transferred to another device. A new device, or a changed UDID following repair, requires a new plan. The order does not cover compensation for an incorrect UDID, an incorrect device plan, missing files, or a sold or replaced device.
Plans & service limits
Review the price, term and features shown when ordering. Pro includes a PPQLESS Distribution Certificate; this does not guarantee protection against revocation, greater stability or that all app activity is hidden from Apple. The no-replacement policy applies to Basic and Pro.
We do not impose a numerical limit on apps you can sign with legitimate use and a valid subscription. Signing still requires a valid certificate and remains subject to device, storage, file, security and operational constraints. We do not guarantee every app’s compatibility or every source’s continued availability.
Activation codes & access security
An activation code is for one use and one device. A consumed code cannot be reused, transferred or exchanged for another device. Keep codes, account sessions, certificate files and their passwords confidential; do not share or resell them without permission.
Availability & liability
The service may be affected by changes at Apple or payment and certificate providers, network outages or maintenance. It is provided as is and as available, without guaranteeing continued app operation or freedom from data loss. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses and our liability for a particular order is limited to the amount paid for it. This does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Abuse & suspension
We may restrict or suspend access for fraud, abuse, unlawful use or threats to service security. Suspension does not automatically create a refund entitlement; mandatory legal rights and obligations still apply. Contact support if you believe an action was taken in error.
Updates & contact
We publish updated versions here with their date. Changes apply going forward with any notice required by law; they do not remove mandatory rights or retroactively change an earlier order. If additional consent is required for data processing, we will request it separately.
